July 2026: Journeys in Chat, sharper segments, and a rebuilt Content Blocks tab
3 days ago
New features
- Build journeys in AI Chat. Simon AI Chat can now draft a complete multi-step
journey from a prompt — entry criteria, delays, splits, and a real send step for
every channel, not just email. Describe the experience you want and review the
draft before publishing. Learn more
Enhancements
- Private chats and shared projects. Chats you start outside a project are now
private to you; start a chat inside a project to share it with your team, and move
chats in or out of a project at any time. Learn more - Richer, sourced Content Agent results. The Content Agent now shows its work
inline — expand any lookup to see the details without leaving the editor — and cites
the sources behind its answers. Learn more - Clearer segment building. The property dropdown now shows the field's name once
selected and opens scrolled to your chosen field. Learn more - Search every field in the Schema Builder. Field search now matches across all
fields, not just join keys and timestamps. Learn more - Full table names in the Data Hub. The Fields table no longer truncates long
source and table names. Learn more - Archive journeys from the list. Draft and stopped journeys now have an Archive
action directly on the journeys page. - Rebuilt Content Blocks tab. Searchable, previewable content blocks with clearer
names, tags, last-updated info, and an explicit Insert button. - Smarter, faster chat responses. Behind-the-scenes model and reliability
improvements make the agent quicker and more consistent.
Bug fixes
- More reliable segment filters when a connected column's declared type didn't match
its data. Learn more - Fixed chat transcript width on long code lines and restored the message-column cap.
- Fixed the agent's choice-button clicks and made first-send failures non-destructive.
- Content Agent inline-card and editor scroll-position fixes.
