Amazon Ads
Sync contact audiences to Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) for advanced paid media targeting and measurement. This integration enables recurring flows to push contacts directly into AMC, where they will appear as Advertiser Uploaded Audiences.
Amazon Ads is now available in flows.
Audience availabilityAmazon Ads processes uploaded audiences hourly (AMC) or every 15 minutes (DSP), but it may take up to 36 hours for audience data to appear in your Amazon Ads UI.

Authentication
Amazon Ads requires a Login with Amazon (LWA) application setup before you can authorize access.
- Set up a Login with Amazon application
Follow Amazon's documentation to create an LWA app. - In Simon, go to Integrations → Amazon Ads, and click Add.
- Enter your app credentials and authorize access.
You must configure your LWA credentials before you can launch flows.
Flow Setup
- From the left nav, click Flows and create a new flow.
- Choose a segment to sync.
- Select Amazon Ads as the destination and choose the Sync Contacts to Amazon Ads action.
- Choose the account and input the Audience ID to create or update a specific audience.

Data Payload
Simon sends as many of the following attributes as are available in your contact identity table:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- City
- Zip Code
- Address
Missing attributes?Make sure these fields are joined through the Schema Builder.
All fields are hashed before transmission, per Amazon’s API requirements.
Important Considerations
Account Type
- Manager accounts support uploading to multiple child accounts.
- Individual accounts may be restricted to a single region or advertiser ID.
Region Requirements
Amazon Ads accounts are region-specific. If your account is tied to the EU, you cannot sync to a US-based AMC instance (and vice versa).
Processing Timeline
- AMC ingests data hourly
- DSP audiences update every 15 minutes, but data may take up to 36 hours to reflect in the UI
