Getting started
Navigate to AI Studio > Chats and start a new conversation. The Insights Agent handles campaign strategy, audience questions, and performance analysis. Describe what you're working on and it routes automatically.
Strategy and execution in one conversationThe Insights Agent doesn't just recommend: it acts. Segments it creates are saved to your library. Tactics it produces are linked to your Project. You review everything before it's applied.

What you can do

How to use it
- Navigate to AI Studio > Chats
- Describe what you're trying to understand or accomplish
- Review any segments, recommendations, or analysis in the results panel
- Confirm any actions (like creating or saving a segment) before the agent applies them
Working inside a Project
When you open a chat from within a Project, the agent uses your Project goal as context for every recommendation. Tactics and segments it produces are linked directly to that Project, so your strategy stays organized and traceable.
Tips
- Tell the agent which channel you're working in: it adjusts recommendations based on channel constraints and your audience's behavior on that channel
- Use the results panel to compare audience sizes before committing to a segment
- You can ask follow-up questions in the same conversation; the agent maintains context throughout
