Bloomreach Engagement
Overview
Use your existing Bloomreach Engagement account to sync customer data, manage audiences, and trigger personalized scenarios across channels. Deliver personalized experiences at scale by leveraging Simon's rich customer profiles and advanced segmentation capabilities. Dynamically populate content, maintain customer attributes, and orchestrate cross-channel campaigns through Bloomreach's scenario engine.
Authentication
Prerequisites
Before you begin, you need the following from your Bloomreach Engagement project:
| Requirement | Description |

| API Base URL | Your Bloomreach API base URL, which depends on your project's region. Find this in Project Settings > Access Management > API. Review Bloomreach's guide for more details |
| Project Token | Your unique project identifier. Find this in Project Settings > Access Management > API |
| API Key ID | The identifier for your API key. Create one in Project Settings > Access Management > API following Bloomreach's API key guide |
| API Secret | The secret associated with your API Key ID. This is shown only once when the key is created — store it securely |
API key permissionsYour API key must have the following permission groups enabled:
- Tracking — required for syncing contact content and firing events
- Scenarios — required for triggering scenarios
- Segmentations — required for syncing contacts to segments
Authenticate your Bloomreach account in Simon
- From the left navigation, expand Admin Center, then click Integrations
- Scroll to Bloomreach Engagement, then click Add
- Enter your API Base URL, Project Token, API Key ID, and API Secret
- Click Save Changes. A successful connection displays Connected
Actions
After authenticating, create a flow in Simon and choose one of these available actions:
- Sync Contact Content using Bloomreach
- Sync Contact to Segment using Bloomreach
- Trigger a Scenario using Bloomreach
