Overview

Use this action to sync contacts in your flow to a Bloomreach Engagement segment, maintaining audience membership automatically as your Simon segment changes.

To get started:

Create a flow
Under Destination, choose the Bloomreach Engagement channel then the Sync Contact to Segment action
Configure the parameters described below

Configuration parameters

Parameter	Description
Segment name	Update an existing segment by entering the name exactly as it appears in Bloomreach. Otherwise, enter a new name or click Use default name to match this flow's name in Simon
Create new contact	Creates a new customer profile in Bloomreach if the contact is not already present

Segment naming
Simon generates a segment name automatically based on the Simon segment powering the flow, as well as the variant name if used on a flow with an experiment. The name follows this template: (Simon) $segment_name ($variant). The variant label is omitted when not using an experiment.
